Self Esteem Workshop

Being Perfectly Imperfect

To continue learning is to embrace the process of trial and error at higher and higher levels.

Do you want to :

·         feel more readily satisfied with your achievements?

·         consistently focus on your positive assets?

·         have realistic and healthy standards for yourself, partner or children?

·         have more up days then down days?

·         eliminate guilt or shame over past sins?

·         forgive  yourself quickly and easily?

·         wake up feeling refreshed?

·         aim for success rather than perfection

IF SO YOU ARE IN GOOD COMPANY AS THE ABOVE ATTITUDES ARE CONISTENTLY HELD BY HIGH SELF ESTEEM PEOPLE!!

Come and take part in this very motivating workshop, meet like minded people, and if recent events are anything to go by.... have a great laugh !!

Oh and then carry on the conversation over some liquid refreshment in the pub...!

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Steve
